US-EVS is an independent web app at https://us-evs.com. An employer uses it to create an employment verification letter for a housing application, a loan, or a hiring request.

What it does

• The employer enters the employee, company, position, and compensation details.
• The letter can be signed by drawing, uploading a PNG or JPEG, or typing a name.
• The finished letter downloads as a PDF or a Word file.
• Each issued letter has a document ID. A recipient can look that ID up at us-evs.com/lookup.

• Single Verification: $4.99 for one letter.
• Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month during the End of Year Special, reduced from $24.99. Save $15.00 every month.
• Annual Plan: $99.99 per year during the End of Year Special, reduced from $269.99. Save $170.00 per year.

What a document ID check means

A matching document ID means US-EVS has that record. It does not prove that the employer's statements are true, and it is not a government determination.

What US-EVS is not

• US-EVS is not a government agency and is not affiliated with USCIS, E-Verify, or any federal or state agency.
• US-EVS does not prepare or submit Form I-9 or E-Verify cases.
• US-EVS is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
